Refund & Returns Policy (BeeWall Network LLC)

1. General Policy

At BeeWall Network LLC, we aim to ensure customer satisfaction. Due to the nature of our products (food, beverages, and consumables), our refund and return policy is limited and subject to the conditions below.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

  • Opened or consumed food and beverages
  • Perishable items
  • Products that have been used or damaged after delivery

3. Eligible Refund Cases

Refunds may only be considered under the following conditions:

  • Incorrect item delivered
  • Damaged or defective product upon delivery
  • Order not delivered due to fault on our side

Customers must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the order.


4. Proof Requirement

To process a refund request, customers must provide:

  • Order number
  • Clear photo evidence of the issue
  • Description of the problem

BeeWall reserves the right to reject claims without sufficient proof.


5. Refund Process

If a refund is approved:

  • Refunds will be issued to the original payment method
  • Processing time: 5–10 business days (depending on bank/payment provider)

6. Cancellation Policy

Orders may be cancelled only before preparation or dispatch.

Once the order has been processed or prepared, cancellation is no longer allowed.


7. Delivery Issues

BeeWall is not responsible for:

  • Incorrect delivery details provided by the customer
  • Failed delivery due to customer unavailability
  • Delays caused by third-party delivery services

In such cases, refunds may not be applicable.


8. Chargeback & Fraud Prevention

By placing an order, you agree to contact BeeWall directly to resolve any issue before initiating a chargeback or dispute with your bank.

We reserve the right to dispute any fraudulent or unjustified chargeback claims and provide evidence of order fulfillment.
